The ground floor features a welcoming living room, a separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, providing everything needed for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms, each furnished with two double beds, along with a family bathroom complete with a bath, shower, toilet and basin.

The second floor offers two further bedrooms, each featuring two single beds, making the property ideal for larger groups and flexible sleeping arrangements.

With a combination of double and single beds throughout, the home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests and is perfectly suited to both short breaks and longer stays.

• Only guests included in the reservation may stay at the property.

• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property.

• Please keep noise levels low and respect neighbouring residents, particularly between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

• Pets are not permitted.

• Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition upon departure.

• External CCTV is in operation for security purposes only. There are no cameras inside the property.

• Any damage, breakages or maintenance issues must be reported promptly during your stay.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges and, where necessary, termination of the reservation without refund.
